[v2,10/11] static_call: Remove static_call_cond()

Series static_call: Improve NULL/ret0 handling |

Commit Message

Josh Poimboeuf March 22, 2023, 4 a.m. UTC
  A static call to a NULL pointer is now a NOP for all configs. There's
no longer a need for an explicit static_call_cond(). Remove it and
convert its usages to plain static_call().
