kvm_mmu_get_tdp_level() only requires param "vcpu" for cpuid_maxphyaddr().
So, pass in the value of cpuid_maxphyaddr() directly to avoid param "vcpu".
This is a preparation patch for later KVM MMU to export TDP.
No functional changes expected.
