In the dts though you declare compatible = "rockchip,rk3588-iommu", "rockchip,rk3568-iommu"; meaning that the rk3588-iommu is compatible to the rk3568-iommu I think you'll need a construct like: properties: compatible: oneOf: - enum: - rockchip,iommu - rockchip,rk3568-iommu - items: - enum: - rockchip,rk3588-iommu - const: rockchip,rk3568-iommu to describe both the single-compatibles and the 2-item compatible for the rk3588.
