[4/9] wifi: wfx: introduce hif_scan_uniq()
Commit Message
Like hif_scan(), the new hif_scan_uniq() function invokes HIF_SCAN.
However, it probes only one channel and disable probe requests. This new
function is the basis to implement Remain-On-Channel.
