Note that RISC-V edk2 diverges from the devicetree specification to 
declare the !no-map regions as EfiReservedMemoryType instead of 
EfiBootServicesData.

Thanks a lot for writing this & implementing the feedback :)
I had one or two minor comments about rather long sentences, but there's
little point I think in respinning for that, so I have ignored them.
