  This change will add exec_ops for PARAM_PAGE_READ command.

* Removed hard coded value in param_page exec_op API, and used whatever
  passed by core.

* Removed nandc->props->qpic_v2 condition , since its not needed at all.

* Updated nandc->buf_count = len , len provided by core.
