  TS_IGNORE is default off in bq256xx chip. For some battery the default
JEITA profile is too simple to fullfill the battery requirement, so it's
better to disable the JEITA profile (by set TS_IGNORE to on) and let
user space to control the charging parameters base on the condition
(e.g. temperature)
