[3/3] ublk: pass NULL to blk_mq_alloc_disk() as queuedata

  queuedata is not referenced in ublk_drv and we can use driver_data
instead. Pass NULL to blk_mq_alloc_disk() as queuedata while allocating
ublk's gendisk.
