[2/2] ARM: dts: sun8i: A33: Add iNet U70B Rev 01

This is a white-label 7" tablet board based on the A33 SoC. It features
a generic 1024x600 DPI panel, raw NAND for storage, and a Realtek 8723CS
Wi-Fi/Bluetooth chip.
