  unify the error handling of f2fs_is_valid_blkaddr and remove some
redundant codes in f2fs_cache_compressed_page.

What about moving f2fs_handle_error(ERROR_INVALID_BLKADDR) into
f2fs_is_valid_blkaddr() for cleanup?
