Hi,
The patch is to update the qspi mtd partition range for UBIFS on
socfpga platform - Agilex and Stratix10 boards.

Markus is banned from the mailing lists.  Just ignore him.

You are absolutely allowed to send cover letters for a single patch if
you want to.  Or you can drop it if you want to.  It doesn't matter
either way.
