  The operand order of movgr2frh.w was wrong. The correct order should be
`movgr2frh.w fd, rj`.

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* config/loongarch/loongarch.md (movgr2frh<mode>): Correct
	  movgr2frh.w operand order.
