* doc/gnat_rm/standard_and_implementation_defined_restrictions.rst
(No_Dependence): Give examples of new No_Dependence restrictions.
* gnat_rm.texi: Regenerate.
Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
