We want the field to be initialized to No_Uint because we want to be
able to test in GNAT LLVM whether we've already set it so we can be
sure we only set it once.

gcc/ada/

	* gen_il-gen-gen_nodes.adb (Present_Expr): Type is now Uint.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
