  There was a typo in the attributes of the option
-param=vect-induction-float= for IntegerRange.
This fixes that typo.

Committed to GCC 12 branch as obvious after a build/test.

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* params.opt (-param=vect-induction-float=):
	Fix option attribute typo for IntegerRange.
