  Update in V2:
Add documentation for -mlam={none,u48,u57} to x86 options in invoke.texi.

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* doc/invoke.texi (x86 options): Document

	* config/i386/i386-opts.h (enum lam_type): New enum.
