  Code cleanup related to resctrition No_Local_Allocators.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* exp_util.ads (Entry_Names_OK): Remove spec.
	* exp_util.adb (Entry_Names_OK): Remove body.
