	(build_ge): Same.
	* value-range.cc (frange::set_signbit): Same.
	(frange::normalize_kind): Same.
	(range_tests_floats): Same.
	* value-range.h (vrp_val_max): Same.
	(vrp_val_min): Same.
	(frange::set_varying): Same.
