  20+ years is long enough to warn.

	* bfd-in.h (bfd_read, bfd_write): Don't define
	(_bfd_warn_deprecated): Don't declare.
	* bfd-in2.h: Regenerate.
	* libbfd.c (_bfd_warn_deprecated): Delete.
