[2/4] sched/psi: rename existing poll members in preparation
Commit Message
Renaming in PSI implementation to make a clear distinction between
privileged and unprivileged triggers code to be implemented in the
next patch.

This looks like a lot of churn which could be avoided if the new
unprivileged triggers were called something else, like
unpriv_triggers/unpriv_nr_triggers. But maybe even a better way would
be to have smth like this:

I think this would also simplify the update_triggers() code in the
