[v10,2/4] fpga: add an initial KUnit suite for the FPGA Bridge

modprobe fpga-bridge-test and then the below null-ptr-deref occurs.
It seems that ctx->pdev->dev->driver is NULL and the pdev->dev need
to be associated with a platform driver.
